ServerMaster is a professional CHC Ideas tool for developers and technical users. Its features may evolve, and some may remain in testing or development.
2. Authorized use
You may use the app only with devices, files, accounts, servers, websites, and services you own or are sufficiently authorized to access.
You must comply with applicable law, third-party policies, and relevant confidentiality obligations.
3. Account and security
You are responsible for your account information, keeping credentials secure, and activity performed through your sessions.
Notify us if you identify unauthorized access or a vulnerability related to the service.
4. Technical operations
Commands can modify or destroy data, services, and configurations. Verify the server, user, and command before execution; keep backups and apply least privilege.
5. Plans, purchases, and subscriptions
Available features may depend on your active plan. Android purchases may be processed through Google Play Billing.
Each product manages its own plans and purchases independently.
Renewals, cancellations, and refunds are also governed by Google Play terms and applicable law.
6. Availability and compatibility
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete absence of errors, or compatibility with every device, format, protocol, server, website, or configuration.
We may update, suspend, or remove features to maintain product security and evolution.
7. Intellectual property
ServerMaster, its code, design, brand, and content belong to their respective owners. Use of the app does not transfer ownership rights.

8. Prohibited conduct
You may not breach systems, bypass controls, distribute malware, infringe rights, share access without permission, or interfere with CHC Ideas infrastructure.
9. Liability
The app is a technical support tool. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by commands, code, configurations, websites, credentials, or decisions executed by the user.

We may restrict accounts due to abuse, fraud, security risk, or breach of these terms.
